📋 Description
• Advise clients and design, book and sell trips • Assess and handle all quote requests received • Make outbound calls to contact each customer who submitted a request • Perform follow-up calls after sending quotes • Sell multi-activity packages, escorted tours and cruises
🎯 Requirements
• Relevant qualification or training in tourism • Minimum two years' proven experience as a travel consultant • Knowledge of Nordic and Celtic destinations • Comfortable using digital tools and Microsoft Outlook
