📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for prospective providers. • Deeply understand Grow's mission and value proposition. • Manage a high-volume pipeline of prospective providers, completing 5-6+ meetings per day. • Work alongside AI-powered tools that surface priority providers. • Maintain strong meeting-to-activation conversion rates. • Provide excellent customer service and timely follow-ups. • Cultivate meaningful relationships with providers. • Uphold provider vetting and disqualification standards. • Consistently meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• You're deeply passionate about mental health and excited to help providers build their own practice. • You're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive managing a full daily meeting schedule. • You have a proven ability to manage and convert a high volume of inbound leads. • You're comfortable working in an AI-enabled environment. • You adapt well to change and enjoy learning new systems. • You're collaborative and excited to grow in a fast-paced startup environment. • Bonus: Prior experience in a customer-facing or sales role, particularly in healthcare or SaaS.
