📋 Description

• First point of contact for customers in 2nd and 3rd level support • Assisting our customers with technical and functional inquiries • Documenting support cases • Analyzing and customizing our customers' business processes • Independently communicating with customers by phone and in writing

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker, IT business administrator) or an equivalent qualification • Solid experience with modern database systems, particularly MySQL • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with customers • Ability to analyze complex issues in a structured, careful, and solution-oriented manner • Responsible and reliable team player • Excellent written and spoken German
