📋 Description

• Grow Grundfos' water treatment and disinfection market share across North America • Manage strategic OEM and key accounts in the Industrial Business Unit • Build and nurture high-value customer relationships • Drive market share growth through OEM partner engagement • Develop and manage relationships with key decision makers at strategic accounts • Conduct thorough due diligence on total sales opportunities within key accounts • Lead the development and growth of global agreements aligned with focus area and key customers • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage a robust sales pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline • 5+ years of relevant sales or key account management experience • Hands-on experience in the water treatment industry, including dosing pump and disinfection equipment knowledge • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50% • 3+ years of direct experience with dosing pump and disinfection equipment sales (preferred) • Proficiency with CRM platforms, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite (preferred)
