• Ensure operational and visual excellence standards across the stores under your management • Develop store managers and sales associates through regular feedback and clear targets • Operate with a results-obsessed mindset: Sell Out, NPS, stockouts, conversion • Be a role model for company culture, professional conduct and team energy • Ensure execution of processes and protocols defined by headquarters • Ensure curation and assortment depth of key SKUs • Monitor transfers, returns and stockouts with focus on availability and turnover • Track product score and correct deviations in partnership with planning and replenishment teams • Develop and monitor the performance of store managers and store teams • Provide feedback, field training and leadership rituals (meetings, 1:1s, weekly alignments) • Ensure appropriate staffing, visible leadership presence and a team trained in customer service and sales • Maintain visual standards, store organization and daily upkeep (checklists, windows, lighting, cleaning) • Supervise execution of visual merchandising (VM) according to the brand calendar and guidelines • Act promptly on non-conformities • Increase sales penetration via digital platforms (Omni, CRM, Assisted Selling) • Encourage the use of tools such as scheduling (Dito), customer registration and CRM to improve conversion • Monitor digital targets and ensure execution of plans with store teams • Ensure achievement of Sell Out, SSS and tactical KPIs • Monitor and intervene on indicators such as stockouts, conversion and NPS • Execute the tactical plan with weekly discipline: action plans, visits, follow-ups and management rituals • Act as the link between field and headquarters, ensuring alignment of priorities and deliverables • Work with proactivity, an ownership mindset and a strong sense of urgency.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a supervisor, coordinator or regional manager in retail • Experience managing multiple stores with a focus on operations, sales and people • Proven track record of meeting targets and developing teams • Bachelor’s degree completed (Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields) • Postgraduate degree or specialization in Business Management or Retail is desirable • Availability for frequent travel within the area of responsibility • Active driver’s license (CNH) and own vehicle are a plus • Intermediate to advanced Excel (indicator analysis, performance spreadsheets), Power BI • Experience with CRM, ERP and OMS platforms • Working knowledge of Google tools (Sheets, Drive, Gmail, etc.)
