📋 Description

• Lead the design of features and user journeys from discovery through delivery, with autonomy • Actively participate in team rituals and reference-sharing sessions • Connect design decisions with product goals, technical feasibility, and business outcomes • Use AI tools throughout the process, from research to prototyping and validation • Contribute to the Design System, ensuring consistency and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience designing B2B digital products, with strong command of UX and UI • Ability to approach design holistically by connecting user needs, business goals, and technology • Familiarity with generative AI and agentic systems applied to products • Experience with AI-assisted prototyping and development tools, such as Figma, VS Code, and Claude Code • Clear communication skills to present and defend design proposals • A portfolio demonstrating reasoning, process, and decision-making—not just screens • Preferred: experience with B2B software for companies and/or accounting firms • Preferred: knowledge of tax, accounting, or fiscal regulations • Preferred: familiarity with the day-to-day work of accountants or tax professionals • Must reside in Brazil
