• Conduct active (outbound) prospecting through research, segmented lists, and professional networks. • Reactivate old leads and warm lists, conducting reconnection conversations with technique and empathy. • Make first contact with potential clients, presenting GR Academy and identifying initial fit. • Perform initial lead qualification (profile, interest, and timing) and hand off to the SDR to advance in the funnel. • Execute follow-up cadences via WhatsApp, email, and phone. • Update the CRM with contact history and complete information. • Share feedback and insights with marketing and the commercial/sales team. • Participate in weekly alignment meetings and performance trainings. • Meet prospecting, scheduling, and opportunity-generation targets. • Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and clarity of purpose.
• Preferred education: Commercial Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. • Minimum experience: 3 to 5 years in active prospecting, consultative sales, or business development (B2B or B2C).
