• Plan and structure visual communication guidelines and execution materials for priority B2B channels (Pharmacy, Perfumery, Department Stores and Grocery/Food), ensuring correct direction for frontline teams. • Strategically connect the essence of the portfolio brands with the business’s future vision, translating branding concepts into robust, actionable retail execution plans. • Monitor and govern the brand-level budget breakdown, ensuring investments are allocated effectively and generate value for the ecosystem. • Ensure governance of the execution schedule for in-cycle and out-of-cycle projects between creative and production teams, conducting strategic analysis of channel requests. • Analyze projects and materials applying ROI and Payback concepts to support strategic rationales and optimize the area’s P&L. • Monitor the market and competitors, cross-referencing sell-out performance data with consumer behavior to refine future waves of materials planning. • Consolidate post-mortem reports focused on financial efficiency and brand impact, ensuring continuous improvement of planning rituals.
• Holistic perspective, strong organizational and planning skills, collaborative mindset, high adaptability, proactive attitude, and excellent communication. • Innovative mindset and ease operating in dynamic environments with continuous cross-functional interaction. • Ability to connect brand-building concepts with the channel’s business and commercial objectives. • Knowledge of ROI and Payback metrics applied to Trade Marketing / Brand Activation projects. • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Sheets and Slides).
