📋 Description

• Support S&OP processes, ensuring governance of processes and analyses that contribute to results; • Estimate sell-in and sell-out volumes at Category, SKU and Channel levels through quantitative analyses considering historical data, qualitative information and the brand’s strategic and tactical actions; • Estimate sell-in and sell-out volumes for new product launches; • Consolidate data and turn it into information to build analyses with a critical perspective; • Monitor area KPIs that impact the business and suggest process improvements through quantitative analyses; • Perform post-mortem analyses; • Contribute to the construction and optimization of the demand planning process; • Key interface with Supply team, Marketing Category, RGM (Revenue Growth Management) and Channels.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (completed); • Proven experience in commercial demand planning; • Experience with complex data analysis and large SKU volumes; • Proficient in Excel; • Advantage: Google tools (e.g., Google Sheets); • Desired: Advanced English.
