📋 Description

• Conduct area diagnostics, develop and implement action plans, contributing to employee wellbeing and business results. • Monitor and analyze data to generate actionable insights for relevant areas based on key indicators. • Serve as the health focal point for assigned areas, representing occupational health, wellbeing, and mental health matters. • Provide support and refer employees with health-related needs. • Influence and educate leaders on health-related topics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with experience in Human Resources. • Analytical mindset, strategic perspective, and ability to work in complex environments. • Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking. • Senior-level profile with autonomy, strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Experience managing multiple projects, with strong ability to structure work and prepare executive-level materials. • Data-driven decision-making. • Experience designing and facilitating trainings and sessions for large groups. • Preferred: Degree in Psychology or experience in corporate health topics will be considered a plus.
