📋 Description

• Map, design and implement processes for new benefits within the Beautybox program; • Ensure necessary documentation of business rules for partner teams; • Monitor the performance of the loyalty program benefits; • Assess and implement improvement opportunities to enhance the identified metrics; • Maintain and support reports to analyze metrics and ongoing action plans; • Ensure posting of notes/invoices in SAP and monitor consumption trends of PEPs; • Work collaboratively with strategic partners such as Tech, FP&A, RGM, GCAM and peer teams to execute workstreams.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree (completed); • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools, with a strong focus on Google Sheets (spreadsheets and formulas); • Comfort with numbers and the ability to interpret performance indicators (conversion, volume, revenue); • Strong organizational skills to manage complex workflows and processes with agility; • Ability to manage deadlines and develop reverse timelines (backward scheduling) with multiple partner areas; • Preferred: Familiarity with SAP; • Preferred: Knowledge of SQL.
