📋 Description

• Extract, clean, and integrate data from different HR tables. • Audit and cleanse employee databases to ensure the quality of analyses. • Structure data to reflect the entire employee journey, from attraction through offboarding. • Create and maintain interactive dashboards with HR metrics such as attrition rate, time to fill, and engagement. • Automate reports for leadership, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and HR Business Partners (BPs). • Develop statistical and machine learning models to identify patterns and predict behaviors related to HR metrics. • Statistically evaluate employee engagement survey results and identify factors that impact internal satisfaction. • Translate complex correlations and statistical models into clear insights, simple narratives, and practical recommendations for directors and C-level executives. • Train and enable the HR team to use data in day-to-day decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. • Proficiency in SQL for extracting, joining, and cleaning data from different sources. • Intermediate to advanced Python experience, with a focus on data analysis and machine learning libraries such as Pandas and Scikit-learn. • Experience building robust, intuitive dashboards within the GCP ecosystem. • Strong knowledge of descriptive and inferential statistics, including hypothesis testing, correlations, and linear/logistic regression. • Ability to translate complex charts and statistical outputs into a simple, visual narrative focused on business decision-making. • Strong sense of accountability, discretion, and confidentiality when handling highly sensitive data. • Curiosity to understand the needs of both people and the business. • Ability to collaborate with data engineers and HR analysts. • Preferred: Previous knowledge of People Analytics KPIs, including turnover, headcount, eNPS, and time to fill. • Preferred: Practical understanding of Brazil’s LGPD as it applies to employment relationships.
