📋 Description

• Develop processes and tools for a target-setting model for commercial KPIs in direct sales • Provide support to the commercial team on target-setting requests and variable compensation literacy • Analyze results achievement and propose adjustments to workflows • Prepare executive presentations on target performance and variable compensation

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced SQL and Google Workspace • Analytical mindset • Execution-oriented profile • Executive-level communication • Experience in setting commercial targets • Preferred: Experience in Direct Sales
