📋 Description

• Strategic Vision: Ensure the business’s sustainability and direction by developing the channel’s KPI planning, ensuring plans support achieving the budget. • Scenario Forecasting: Build assumptions and prepare short-, medium- and long-term sales forecasts/projections. • Target Setting: Structure, simulate and cascade revenue and volume targets for the store channel’s commercial cycles. • Launches and Campaign Management: Size volumes and assess financial feasibility (business plan) for product launches, seasonal dates and promotional campaigns. • Risk Modeling: Create predictive “what-if” scenarios to anticipate risks and identify opportunities throughout the year. • Pilot Support: Structure planning rationale, targets and feasibility analyses for new pilot projects and channel expansions. • Executive Presentations: Prepare and lead strategic presentations on future scenarios, planning assumptions and target definition. • Strong interface with Performance (to calibrate future plans from historical data), and ongoing collaboration with Category, Demand (S&OP), RGM and Assortment teams to ensure execution has the necessary stock and levers to meet the plan.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed higher education (Bachelor’s degree). • Analytical and Forecasting Skills: Strong logical reasoning focused on data modeling, future-focused thinking and scenario anticipation. • Tools and Data: Solid experience with the Group’s data tools (SQL, GCP/BigQuery, Looker, Dataprep, Tableau) and advanced proficiency in spreadsheets and modeling (Google Sheets). • Communication and Influence: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • You will need to defend mathematical assumptions, negotiate targets with Business areas and translate complex strategies for audiences ranging from analysts to the Executive Board. • Responsibility & Resilience: Ownership mindset as the focal point for building the store channel’s official plan and targets. • Ability to handle course changes and pressure for predictability. • Business Knowledge: Understanding of physical retail dynamics is a plus.
