• Develop product display strategies for reseller spaces, responsible for allocating cycle movements across available spaces — considering different configurations and sizes of reseller spaces; • Monitor business results and prioritize movements and products according to the challenges of the Direct Sales channel; • Work directly with the Visual Merchandising team to build joint strategies, aligning display strategies with in-store communication at the point of sale (POS); • Translate strategies and deliver briefings for the creation of planograms; • Monitor performance to enable short-term reactions aimed at recovery and leverage of results; • Interface with internal teams for joint development and visibility of strategies; • Connect with field operations and analyze competitors to identify pain points and opportunities for course adjustments; • Communicate with sales force teams to ensure execution of proposals at the point of sale; • Perform data and results analyses to support decisions and measure the impact of actions.
• Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related fields; • Strong skills in reading data and generating insights, with a data-driven profile for strategy development; • Ease in creating executive materials and a mindset that adapts well to changes in direction; • Previous experience with product display strategies or Trade Marketing; • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, with strong skills in building connections and bridges.
