• As a Product Manager I, you will play a key role in executing and driving the tactical aspects of our strategy, working with your squad to turn real problems into high-impact solutions; • Problem Focus (Problem Owner): Elicit, investigate, and map real needs together with business areas and end users, ensuring the team focuses on solving the right problem; • Tactical Discovery: Actively participate in product discovery with Design and Engineering, validating hypotheses and testing solutions before scaling; • Value Management (Backlog & Roadmap): Own the lifecycle of initiatives within your scope, from ideation to rollout. More than writing stories, you will create smart breakdowns that enable delivering value quickly and incrementally; • Data-Driven Culture: Use facts, data and product metrics (usage, conversion, efficiency) to support prioritization decisions and to justify saying no when necessary; • Alignment and Communication: Ensure stakeholders, business areas and the squad are aligned, communicating progress, learnings and results (reports) clearly; • Radical Collaboration: Work autonomously within your scope while actively collaborating with PMs from other areas to map dependencies and avoid creating silos.
• Hands-on Product Experience: Practical experience managing digital products, participating in discovery and delivery cycles with multidisciplinary technology teams; • Clear and Objective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to translate business needs to technical teams and vice versa, both synchronously and asynchronously; • Analytical Thinking: Ability to extract and analyze basic data to monitor product health and support arguments; • Execution Focus and Ownership: A hands-on profile who takes responsibility to unblock day-to-day problems and ensures deliveries happen with quality; • Adaptability: Resilience to handle changing priorities constructively in a dynamic environment.
