📋 Description

• Serve as a bridge between business, technology and stakeholders, ensuring alignment between product needs and the company’s strategic objectives. • Responsible for supporting backlog management, tracking deliveries and driving continuous product improvement to generate business value and enhance the user experience. • Be accountable for the deliverables from agile ceremonies. • Ensure that deliverables are properly evidenced and documented. • Monitor squad capacity and budget. • Support the definition and prioritization of the product backlog. • Elicit, detail and document functional requirements and business rules. • Work closely with business areas to understand requests and needs. • Participate in agile ceremonies such as planning, daily stand-ups, review and retrospective. • Track the development of deliverables together with the technical team. • Ensure clarity of requirements for the development team. • Assist in defining the product roadmap and its evolution. • Monitor metrics and results related to delivered features. • Support user acceptance testing and validation of features. • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and products. • Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders and involved teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). • Experience managing a backlog and writing user stories. • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello or similar. • Basic understanding of requirements elicitation and functional documentation. • Basic knowledge of digital products and software development processes. • Experience with data migration projects. • Familiarity with at least one AI tool (candidate may choose which). • Hands-on experience working with agile methodologies (beyond theoretical knowledge; must have practical experience).
