📋 Description

• Process Leadership: Responsible for implementing the Order-to-Cash (OTC/SD) cycle in SAP S/4HANA, with a focus on national operations and distribution center flows. • Cross-Functional Strategic View: Analyze sales and distribution processes in Brazil to identify synergies, improvement opportunities, and standardization across Business Units. • Technical Solutions: Identify the best technical approach for business problems, ensuring commercial rules are efficiently translated into the system. • Cross-Team Coordination: Integrate the project's various workstreams to ensure cohesion of processes deployed within the S/4HANA ecosystem. • Organizational Navigation: Work across squads, business areas and business units to remove impediments and maintain a clear product vision. • Vendor Interface: Lead external alignments for technical specifications, acceptance testing (homologation) and tests of improvements and new implementations. • Post-Go-Live Stability: Establish technology processes that ensure operational maintenance and continuity of sales after implementation. • Root Cause Analysis: Collaborate with specialists and tech teams to detect and correct structural issues, applying continuous improvements to the system.

🎯 Requirements

• SAP Project Experience: Minimum of 5 years working on SAP projects, with a strong focus on Billing and Sales implementations (OTC/SD). • Team Leadership: Experience in technical and functional management of multidisciplinary teams. • S/4HANA Expertise: Advanced knowledge of S/4HANA and proficiency with the SAP Activate methodology for driving project phases. • Standard-Focused Approach: Ability to design and implement processes prioritizing SAP native (standard) functionality to ensure the solution's sustainability. • SAP BTP Ecosystem: Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform with a focus on integrations and extensions aligned to a Clean Core strategy. • Integrated View (PTP/EWM): Knowledge of MM (Materials Management / Procurement) and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), facilitating end-to-end visibility in Distribution Centers. • Agility: Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
