📋 Description

• Design and build global Web and Mobile solutions for digital channels • Provide technical leadership for the design, architecture and evolution of Backend (Node.js) and Mobile (Flutter) ecosystems • Continuously improve solutions in terms of software quality, processes, performance and new features • Perform technical refinement of new initiatives, assess feasibility and support the product team in solution design • Promote and maintain readable code, applying clean code and clean architecture principles • Provide technical support and mentoring to the team on solution design, architectural pattern selection and resolution of complex problems • Conduct code reviews • Support solutions and work directly with users, developers and Grupo Boticário's technology and business teams • Document architecture and technical decisions when required • Ensure alignment with software architecture directives and information security policies • Monitor crashes, performance and App Store and Google Play feedback to ensure the technical health of production apps • Coordinate progressive release strategies using Feature Flags and Remote Config (ConfigCat, Firebase, etc.)

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Tech Lead or Software Technical Architect in high-performance cross-functional teams • Strong experience with Web and Mobile frontend frameworks/languages (React / Flutter) • Knowledge of Microservices architecture and REST APIs • Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript • Strong command of Design Patterns and software architecture • Hands-on experience with CI/CD, including GitHub Actions and ArgoCD • Experience with mobile CI/CD using Bitrise to configure, build, maintain and optimize automated build, test and distribution workflows for Android and iOS • Experience with automated testing: unit, integration and end-to-end tests • Experience with application monitoring and observability (APM, logs, tracing) • Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and relational databases such as PostgreSQL • Knowledge of performance, scalability, resilience and information security • Familiarity with mobile security best practices, including secure storage, code obfuscation and encryption • Knowledge of software internationalization strategies (i18n, multiple time zones and currencies) • Experience working in agile teams and ability to operate autonomously in a cross-functional, multilingual and collaborative environment • Strong knowledge of Design Systems, global application state management and/or Micro Frontends • Knowledge of Git workflows (Gitflow, GitHub Flow, GitLab Flow) • Knowledge of the Firebase ecosystem and Feature Flag tools, including Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Performance Monitoring, ConfigCat or Firebase Remote Config, Cloud Messaging and Analytics
