📋 Description

• Work on the Agent Platform team, a centralized platform for creating, managing, and running LLM agents across Grupo Boticário’s business channels • Build an agent development platform that enables functional teams to independently leverage Generative AI • Design and implement robust, scalable architectures for autonomous agents using LLMs and Generative AI techniques • Develop APIs with Django REST Framework and event-driven microservices for background processes • Model and interact with relational and non-relational databases to manage agent data • Develop agent reasoning logic for planning, task execution, tool interaction, and data-driven decision-making • Experiment with and implement RAG and agent tools • Contribute to the complete lifecycle of Generative AI solutions, including automation, monitoring, and observability • Collaborate with engineers, participate in code reviews, and contribute to best practices and technical quality • Work with business teams on proofs of concept, prototypes, and pilots involving Generative AI and agents

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience developing and deploying Large Language Model (LLM) solutions in production environments • Fluency in Python • Experience with Django REST Framework • Knowledge of frameworks for production LLM applications, such as Agno, LangChain, or LlamaIndex • Experience designing and integrating AI systems • Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and data ingestion • Experience with contract-based tool calling • Experience with APIs, asynchronous jobs, testing, code reviews, and contract evolution • Ability to design robust solutions and solve highly complex problems • Knowledge of platform concepts such as multi-tenancy, authentication, and observability • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate with engineering teams • Preferred: agent evaluation, quality metrics, conversation analytics, responsible AI, guardrails, prompt/tool security, GCP, Azure, AWS, multi-agent systems, structured output, multimodality, inference optimization, Apache Spark, BigQuery, Airflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, and fine-tuning open-source LLMs
