📋 Description

• We are seeking a professional with experience in SAP TM to work on projects/initiatives and support logistics and transportation processes, contributing to supply chain and distribution operations optimization and ensuring the quality and efficiency of delivered solutions. • Process Leadership: Responsible for implementing the TMS (Transportation Management System) cycle in SAP S/4HANA, focusing on domestic operations and distribution center flows. • Cross-Strategic Vision: Analyze transportation and distribution processes in Brazil to identify synergies, improvement opportunities, and standardization across Business Units. • Technical Solutions: Define the best technical solution for business problems, ensuring commercial rules are efficiently translated into the system. • Cross-Functional Coordination: Integrate the project's various streams to ensure coherence of the processes implemented across the S/4HANA ecosystem. • Organizational Navigation: Work across squads, business areas and business units, removing impediments and maintaining a clear product vision. • Vendor Interface: Lead external alignments for technical specifications, certification and testing of enhancements and new implementations. • Post-Go-Live Stability: Establish technology processes that ensure operational maintenance and continuity of sales after implementation. • Root Cause Analysis: Collaborate with specialists and Tech teams to detect and correct structural issues, applying continuous improvements to the system.

🎯 Requirements

• SAP Project Experience: Minimum of 5 years working on SAP projects, with a strong focus on SAP TMS implementations. • S/4HANA Expertise: Advanced knowledge of the solution and proficiency with the SAP Activate methodology to lead project phases. • Standard-Focused Approach: Ability to design and implement processes prioritizing native SAP (standard) functionality to ensure solution sustainability. • Differentiators (Nice-to-have): Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) with a focus on integrations and extensions aligned with a Clean Core strategy. • Integrated View (PTP/EWM): Experience with MM (Materials Management / Procurement) and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), enabling end-to-end visibility in Distribution Centers. • Agility: Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban frameworks. • Integration with other SAP modules (especially SD - Sales & Distribution, EWM/WM and MM).
