📋 Description

• Lead the engineering team for the Agents Platform • Manage and develop people through individual development plans (IDPs), 1:1 sessions, action plans, and frequent feedback • Guide the team in agile practices and facilitate planning, refinement, and retrospective sessions • Remove team impediments • Foster an environment of respect and trust, adapting leadership style as needed • Identify opportunities and key roles within the company that are critical to the team’s success • Coordinate initiatives involving one or more teams • Present results to stakeholders, gather feedback, and align the product roadmap • Present complex technical information clearly and concisely • Build the squad’s vision and mission together with the team • Monitor and improve product, business, and technical performance metrics • Participate in product discovery, problem mapping, and incident resolution • Contribute to product/squad objectives and key metrics, including OKRs • Establish the software development process and maintain a consistent, healthy pace • Manage competing priorities, responsibilities, and risks in a fast-paced, changing environment

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience leading software development teams for digital products • Strong technical background, such as experience as a former software developer or architect • Ability to discuss software architecture, integrations, and engineering best practices • Experience improving processes, products, or services • Facilitation and problem-solving skills • Experience working with agile teams, such as Scrum, Kanban, or equivalent methodologies • Leadership experience in technology and/or process modernization or migration initiatives • Understanding of how LLMs and agents operate in production • Knowledge of frameworks such as Agno, LangChain, or equivalent technologies • Experience leading a senior, multidisciplinary team spanning software engineering, data science, machine learning engineering (MLE), and AI
