📋 Description

• Manage the members of the software development team, with the aim of supporting and developing our people through regular one-on-one (1:1) sessions and frequent feedback. • Facilitate ceremonies that are part of the squad’s adopted methodology, such as planning sessions, refinement sessions, retrospectives, etc. • Remove impediments blocking the team. • Navigate the organization to identify opportunities and key roles for the team’s success. • Coordinate initiatives that require one or more teams to ensure product success. • Conduct sessions with all types of stakeholders to present recent results, gather feedback/insights, and align on the product roadmap. • Build the squad’s vision and mission together with team members. • Regularly track product and business metrics. • Participate in product discovery processes. • Contribute to defining the product/squad objectives and key metrics, regularly reporting these results to stakeholders (OKRs).

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience leading software development teams for digital products. • Experience in process, product, or service improvement. • Knowledge of facilitation and problem-solving techniques. • Experience with agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). • Experience leading teams through technology and/or process modernization or migration. • Points of interest / differentiators: • Experience in migration projects. • Experience in SAP environments.
