📋 Description

• Develop, implement and monitor the trade marketing strategy across all retail channels in the Southern region and Minas Gerais • Plan and execute trade activities in grocery, pharmacy, perfumery/beauty and department store channels • Manage budget and evaluate ROI • Analyze KPIs and generate strategic insights • Maintain relationships with retail clients and partners • Ensure execution at the point of sale (POS), including visibility and materials • Work in close collaboration with Commercial, Marketing and Supply areas

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields • Solid experience in trade marketing with a focus on retail, preferably in the hygiene and beauty industry • Analytical profile and strategic vision • Strong command of performance indicators (KPIs) • Advanced Excel and analytical tools • Availability to travel • Prior experience with the indirect network (distributors) for pharmacy, grocery and/or perfumery channels • Results-oriented • Good communication and negotiation skills • Organized, proactive and innovative • Fast delivery and disciplined routine management • Multifunctional capacity to manage competing demands • Reside in the South or Southeast regions
