• Design and implement the training strategy for the multi-brand retail channel (Boticário, Eudora, Quem Disse Berenice, OUI) to ensure the best experience for resellers; • Support and boost channel performance using key indicators (tree and revenue) and growth levers; • Build and sustain the physical and digital service journey for the retail channel, aiming to optimize connections and ensure adoption of new technologies and processes; • Create action plans to mitigate critical reseller satisfaction issues and address underperforming commercial levers; • Ensure knowledge transfer of sales techniques and best-practice execution of commercial levers to the retail channel; • Link training opportunities with interface areas (Retail Channel, FVC, Categories, Communications) to optimize resources and maximize training impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields; • Experience with channels, communications, and/or category management; • Project management experience; • Proficiency with Google tools – Presentations and Sheets; • Use of AI to optimize routines and processes; • Experience in training and familiarity with training methodologies will be an advantage.
