📋 Description

• Provide personalized and empathetic voice support to customers • Offer financial products and services to build customer loyalty and provide the best solution • Meet and exceed sales targets • Welcome customers, resolve questions, and handle requests • Ensure complete customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Sales experience is a plus • Availability to work a 6x1 schedule (Monday through Saturday) • 6 hours and 20 minutes per day • Internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps • Wired network connection for desktop use • Clear and effective communication • Customer service techniques • Active listening and analysis of customer needs • Time management and prioritization of requests • Proactivity and a desire to make a difference • Ability to work as part of a team and find creative solutions • Results-oriented mindset
