📋 Description

• Provide voice-based customer service in a human-centered and empathetic manner • Offer financial products and services to build customer loyalty • Meet and exceed sales targets • Welcome customers, resolve questions, and handle requests • Ensure customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Sales experience is a plus • Availability to work a 6-on, 1-off schedule (Monday to Saturday) • 6 hours and 20 minutes per day • Internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps • Wired network connection for desktop use • Clear and objective communication • Customer service techniques • Active listening and analysis of customer needs • Time management and task prioritization • Ability to work as part of a team and develop creative solutions • Results-oriented
