📋 Description

• Provide voice-based customer service in a humanized and empathetic manner, focusing on personalized resolutions to meet each customer’s needs; • Dynamically present our financial products and services with the goal of building customer loyalty and ensuring the best outcomes for the client; • Meet and exceed sales targets, with the opportunity to earn performance-based rewards; • Welcome customers, resolve questions, and handle requests with excellence, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma (completed) • Sales experience is a plus • Availability to work a 6x1 schedule (Monday to Saturday) • Internet with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps and a wired Ethernet connection for desktop use
