• Provide voice-based customer service with a humanized, empathetic approach, focusing on personalized resolutions to meet customer needs; • Dynamically offer our financial products and services with the aim of building customer loyalty and ensuring the best outcome for the customer; • Achieve and exceed sales targets, with the opportunity to earn performance-based rewards; • Welcome customers, resolve inquiries, and handle requests with excellence, ensuring full customer satisfaction.
• High school diploma or equivalent • Sales experience is a plus • Availability to work a 6x1 schedule (Monday to Saturday) • Daily shift: 6 hours and 20 minutes • Minimum internet speed of 100 Mbps and wired Ethernet connection required for desktop use.
