📋 Description

• Perform technical regulation of medical requests within health plans and contracts with service providers • Issue specialized technical opinions and conduct medical audit analyses focused on Orthopedics and Spine Surgery • Analyze requests submitted by clients • Provide technical support for the constitution of Medical Boards (Juntas Médicas) • Provide service and carry out activities during business hours, working fully remotely (home office)

🎯 Requirements

• Completed medical degree • Active and regular registration with the regional Medical Council (CRM), including presentation of a 'Nada Consta' (no-record) letter from the professional council • Active Specialist Qualification Registration (RQE) in Orthopedics or Spine Surgery • Postgraduate degree completed in Medical Auditing • Minimum of 2 (two) years of proven professional experience in auditing • Relevant and consolidated clinical experience in Orthopedics/Spine Surgery • Solid knowledge of medical guidelines, procedures, fee schedules (e.g., AMB) and TUSS terminology • Basic computer skills and a strong professional commitment to self-manage remote work activities • Practice guided by ethics and strict confidentiality in handling sensitive patient information • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), ability to manage deadlines/priorities and ease working in a team • Extensive familiarity with regulation of OPME (Orthoses, Prostheses and Special Materials) most frequently used in Orthopedics and Spine Surgery • Solid knowledge and familiarity with ANS (National Supplementary Health Agency) regulations, technical opinions and health plan policies • High analytical capability to review medical and procedural information in a critical, impartial and decisive manner
