📋 Description

• Analyze and prepare consolidation, support the monthly close process, and review accounting procedures; • Prepare and review Financial Statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards; • Enhance controls, optimize processes, automate routines, and review variations in balance sheet and income statement accounts; • Recognize and disclose transactions involving acquisitions of subsidiaries, joint ventures, and other investments; • Support internal and external audits; • Analyze new accounting standards and map their impacts; • Assist with financial/accounting due diligence for company acquisitions; coordinate with consultants for PPA (Purchase Price Allocation), valuation reports, and impairment testing; • Interact with other departments, primarily tax, finance, legal, planning, integration, M&A, and others; • Monitor performance indicators and develop improvement plans; • Analyze classifications of expenditures as investments, costs, or expenses; review depreciation and amortization of fixed assets and intangible assets; • Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Accounting; • Active CRC registration (Regional Accounting Council); • MS Office (Word, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint); • Knowledge of accounting standards; • Audit experience is a plus; • Experience with ERP systems.
