📋 Description

• Handle customer service interactions and negotiations by phone and WhatsApp (outbound and inbound); • Review and manage leads and prospect new customers; • Register new subscriptions and apply benefits and discounts in the system; • Use Excel to update and organize sales information.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; • Persuasive, resilient, and target-driven profile; • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; • Basic knowledge of Excel; • Experience in call center sales; • Reside in Porto Alegre and/or the metropolitan area. • Experience selling newspapers is a plus.
