📋 Description

• Deputize for the management of day-to-day restaurant operations • Lead and develop a young team • Set quality and service targets • Actively participate in daily operational tasks • Staff scheduling, inventory management, operational planning & budgeting • Ensure quality and hygiene standards, including monitoring restaurant KPIs • Conduct interviews and select new employees • Conduct staff training

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in the hospitality industry (restaurants or hotels) • Good German language skills — at least C1 level • Experience in leading teams • A motivator and a trusted point of contact for staff • An eye for talent • Service-oriented approach
