📋 Description

• Independently analyze, evaluate and comment on contracts for high-voltage overhead line projects. • End-to-end contract management across the entire project lifecycle in collaboration with project management and the relevant specialist departments. • Develop project- and supplier-specific claim strategies in coordination with the Head of Contract Management and company/project management. • Direct and operationally implement measures to enforce or defend additional claim requests, and handle changes in scope of work and construction schedule disruptions. • Support schedule, cost and performance control. • Evaluate opportunities and risks based on contract analysis and project progress. • Support the development of processes and the further development of existing processes and strategies in claim management. • Serve as the operational interface between specialist departments, project teams and stakeholders and the Head of Contract Management. • Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations for occupational health and safety, accident prevention, environmental protection and data protection.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in engineering, law, business administration or a comparable qualification. • Initial professional experience (approx. 2 years or more) in contract and claim management on large construction projects, ideally in infrastructure or renewable energy. • Strong knowledge of the underlying regulations (VOB, HOAI, etc.). • Advanced contractual, commercial and technical expertise. • Structured, reliable and analytical way of working. • Proactive and communicative personality with a solution-oriented approach. • Business-fluent German language skills. • Driver’s license class B. • Willingness to travel (to project sites as required).
