📋 Description

• Negotiate and manage new or existing lease agreements • Source and secure sites for potential and existing leased properties • Review incoming lease offers • Collaborate with franchise prospects, landlords and partners • Contribute to expansion projects • Represent the company at industry events • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key landlords and partners

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree or vocational training in real estate • Several years of experience in site acquisition or in real estate/expansion • Excellent knowledge of lease/tenancy law • Ability to independently negotiate new lease agreements through to contract finalization • Conduct ongoing market and competitor analyses • Comfortable working in a fast-paced food business environment
