📋 Description

• Lead the restaurant's day-to-day operations • Lead and develop a young team • Set quality and service targets • Hands-on involvement in daily operations • Staff scheduling, inventory management, restaurant operations planning & budget planning • Ensure quality and hygiene standards, including monitoring restaurant KPIs • Conduct job interviews and select employees • Lead team meetings • Conduct employee trainings

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in gastronomy or hospitality • You speak fluent German (minimum C1 level) • Experience leading teams • You are both a motivator and a point of contact for your team • An eye for talent • Service-oriented work approach
