📋 Description

• Strategic and operational leadership of the Berlin business unit with a focus on sustainable growth • Responsibility for revenue, financial results, and the contract-compliant delivery of projects • Identification of new market opportunities and acquisition of new clients and projects, as well as maintenance of existing customer relationships • Development and implementation of sales strategies • Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team, including targeted promotion of individual development • Expansion of our network in the Berlin region and surrounding areas

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification such as a master craftsman (Meister) or technician certification • Strong sales competence and an entrepreneurial mindset • Solid knowledge of the regional industrial sectors • Strong communication skills, empathy, and decisiveness • Experience in project-based work and in managing complex processes • Several years of professional and managerial experience in an industrial environment
