📋 Description

• Gather and document detailed requirements for Talent projects, including SAP SuccessFactors modules and data integration needs • Analyze existing Talent processes, identify improvement areas, and recommend solutions using SAP SuccessFactors and other technologies • Design and implement data integration solutions with technical teams • Ensure accurate and secure data flow between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems • Create business requirement documents, process maps, use cases, and related documentation • Develop test plans and scenarios and conduct testing and validation • Facilitate communication among business stakeholders, project teams, and technical experts • Support end-users adapting to new systems and processes • Identify and resolve project issues and risks, escalating when necessary • Participate in continuous process and system functionality improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field • Additional certifications in business analysis or SAP SuccessFactors preferred • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Talent systems, SAP SuccessFactors, and data integration • 5 to 8 years of industry experience, preferably in Talent • Solid understanding of Talent processes and SAP SuccessFactors functionalities • Proficiency in data integration methodologies, including data mapping, ETL processes, and API integrations • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements • Strong documentation skills, including requirement documents, process flows, and test plans • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in project management software tools and business analysis techniques • Detail-oriented with focus on high-quality, accurate results • Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow • Ability to work virtually with global teams • Advanced conversational English and Spanish essential; will be evaluated • Foreigners residing in Mexico must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC • Must be located in México • Must have a visa to work in Mexico
