📋 Description

• Lead the analysis, design, implementation, and support of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Supply Chain modules. • Optimize supply chain operations, improve efficiencies, and align ERP systems with business goals. • Drive system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and provide functional support for supply chain processes. • Collaborate with third-party support and delivery teams to implement solutions that streamline manufacturing operations. • Support Sales Order Management, Procurement, Advanced Warehousing, Inventory Management, Quality Management, Transportation Management, EDI, and related JD Edwards modules. • Work with the Business Relationship Manager and technology teams to translate business needs into JD Edwards Supply Chain solutions. • Ensure JDE Supply Chain and Distribution modules align with medical device compliance standards, including FDA regulations. • Support validation documentation, traceability, electronic records/signatures, audit readiness, and change control procedures. • Participate in cloning JD Edwards applications and processes into Vantive’s JDE instances. • Collaborate with Technology, Finance, Manufacturing, Commercial, HR, and other cross-functional teams. • Translate stakeholder requirements into functional specifications and system solutions. • Manage and resolve JD Edwards application issues with third-party support and delivery teams. • Configure and support JD Edwards Supply Chain modules. • Troubleshoot integration errors with WMS and other supply chain systems. • Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support. • Lead JD Edwards EnterpriseOne upgrade initiatives, including requirements definition, impact assessments, functional validation, and user enablement. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using cloned applications to create efficient, scalable, and adaptable solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field. • At least 7 years of experience working with JD Edwards ERP, specifically in Sales Order Management, Procurement, Advanced Warehousing, Inventory Management, Quality Management, Transportation Management, EDI, and Inventory Management modules • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and related best practices, with hands-on experience in system configuration and support. • Proven ability to design, configure, and troubleshoot JD Edwards systems and integrations • Experience with JD Edwards 9.2 or later versions is highly preferred. • Spanish speaking and written communication skills are highly desirable. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies. • Experience in working with third-party support and delivery teams to drive solutions and ensure timely project delivery. • Project management experience is a plus, especially in leading ERP implementations or upgrades. • Experience in cloning and owning applications is a plus, especially in the context of improving operational efficiency. • Ability to work with multiple geographies in a multicultural environment. • Ability and maturity to manage senior level stakeholders globally. • Experience in working in regulated environments (i.e. privacy/compliance) • Design thinking awareness and prior usage strongly preferred. • Proven analytical and problem resolution skills. • Solid digital/technical skills foundation. • Customer centric and empathetic. • Objective/outcome driven. • Proactive, responsible individual, able to set own action plans. • Ability to influence and build consensus with other IT teams and businesses. • Excellent written and oral communications skills in English and Spanish. • Spoken and written language skills in Portuguese would be considered a plus.
