📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, modular, reusable web UI components and micro frontends • Provide technical leadership and hands-on development using React, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and Web Components • Drive front-end development best practices, code quality, performance, and maintainability • Build applications using Redux and React Query • Implement and manage client-side routing with React Router • Lead performance optimization for fast, responsive, accessible web applications • Collaborate with backend developers, UX/UI designers, product owners, and business stakeholders • Leverage Azure for deployment, monitoring, scalability, and operational support • Design, implement, and maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines • Enforce code quality and security standards using SonarQube and Mend • Define development standards, coding guidelines, and architectural best practices • Support requirements analysis, solution design, estimation, and technical planning • Manage stakeholder and client interactions and provide technical guidance • Mentor and coach developers • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions • Design technical training and knowledge-sharing initiatives • Ensure security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability throughout the application lifecycle • Facilitate collaboration across multiple teams • Lead UI developers and coordinate sprint activities, deliverables, and technical reviews • Drive technical decisions and guide complex implementations • Act as primary technical contact for UI-related client and stakeholder discussions

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced conversational English and Spanish essential (will be evaluated) • If a foreigner residing in Mexico, must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS and RFC • Must be located in Mexico • Must have a visa to work in Mexico • Experience with React, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and Web Components • Experience with Redux and React Query • Experience with React Router • Experience with Azure services • Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions • Experience with SonarQube and Mend • Leadership experience with UI development teams and sprint coordination
