📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, modular, and reusable web UI components and micro frontends • Provide technical leadership and hands-on development using React, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and Web Components • Drive front-end development best practices, code quality, performance, and maintainability • Implement and manage client-side routing with React Router • Lead performance optimization initiatives for fast, responsive, and accessible web applications • Leverage Azure for application deployment, monitoring, scalability, and operational support • Design, implement, and maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployment automation • Ensure code quality and security standards using SonarQube and Mend • Define and enforce development standards, coding guidelines, and architectural best practices across teams • Support requirements analysis, solution design, estimation, and technical planning • Manage stakeholder and client interactions, provide technical guidance, and align solutions with business objectives • Mentor and coach developers to foster technical growth and continuous improvement • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve product quality and development efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Web UI Lead or Senior Frontend Developer driving technical excellence throughout the development lifecycle • Deep expertise in React, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and Web Components • Strong experience with Redux and React Query • Hands-on experience with Azure and GitHub Actions • Experience using SonarQube and Mend for code quality and security • Resilience, emotional intelligence, and focus on agile delivery • Deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering • Advanced oral English • Advanced Spanish • Working hours aligned with the EST time zone • Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants is desired • Ability to lead UI developers, coordinate sprint activities, deliverables, and technical reviews is desired • Ability to drive technical decision-making and guide complex implementation challenges is desired • Ability to facilitate collaboration across multiple teams and ensure consistent delivery standards is desired • Ability to act as the primary technical point of contact for UI-related client and stakeholder discussions is desired
