📋 Description

• Understand business processes across multiple systems • Define integration requirements • Bridge business teams and technical teams • Design, document, and support system integrations involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 • Gather requirements and collaborate with technical teams on complex integration initiatives • Write complex user stories with clear acceptance criteria • Support integration-focused projects involving API-driven integrations and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Sales

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years as a MS Dynamics Consultant in an Agile environment • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for user story management (not technical hands-on development) • Extensive experience designing, documenting, and supporting system integrations involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 • Strong expertise in API-based integrations, including RESTful APIs, web services, and enterprise integration patterns • Proven experience working as an Integration Consultant, gathering requirements and collaborating with technical teams on complex integration initiatives • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies • Experience/knowledge with Azure Integration Services, APIs, and event-driven architecture • Excellent skills in writing complex user stories with clear acceptance criteria • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities • Exposure to Sales, service, or marketing domains and business processes • Advanced conversational English and Spanish essential • If residing in Mexico as a foreigner, valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC required
