📋 Description

• Coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues • Obtain and analyze/interpret business requirements to propose sustainable ServiceNow solutions • Answer “how to” technical and application configuration questions • Develop, maintain, and execute reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets • Create and maintain system design and operations documentation • Work independently while collaborating as part of a global team • Identify and drive opportunities and share ideas

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow SDK (NOW SDK), including local application initialization, metadata transformation, and deploying scoped applications from a local IDE such as VS Code • Proficiency in ServiceNow Fluent for defining application metadata in code • Experience with server-side JavaScript modules and third-party libraries • Experience leveraging Now Assist for Creator or similar generative AI developer tools • Hands-on experience with incident, problem, change, knowledge, service catalog, service level management, workflows, and email notifications • Good understanding of ServiceNow core platform features, Flow Designer, ACLs, server-side APIs, and client-side APIs • Good knowledge of ATF, reports, dashboards, import sets, transformations, update sets, system clone, and upgrades • Hands-on experience developing custom scoped applications • Knowledge of Java, J2EE, Servlet, JSP, XML, AJAX, SQL, jQuery, JavaScript, and web-based development tools • Good understanding of ITSM and CSM modules, Event Management, Integrations, and Orchestration • Hands-on experience working with REST APIs • Understanding of MID Server configuration, CMDB, discovery, and asset management • Knowledge and experience with debugging and troubleshooting in ServiceNow • Demonstrated success delivering assignments under tight deadlines • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team • Strong problem analysis and analytical skills, including use of mathematical concepts to validate results • Ability to collect, organize, disseminate, and present significant amounts of information with attention to detail • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage and prioritize work effectively with minimal supervision • Ability to articulate technical and functional aspects of problems to senior stakeholders • ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated) • If a foreigner residing in Mexico, valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC required
