📋 Description

• Design ServiceNow solutions using industry best practices • Advise, design, and configure integration solutions between ServiceNow and other tools • Create solution designs and implement FSM, S2P, CSM, and ITSM solutions • Implement the ServiceNow Platform for integration and automation solutions • Collaborate with global teams in an international network of expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Experience creating solution designs and implementing Field Service Management (FSM), Source-to-Pay (S2P), Customer Service Management (CSM), and ITSM • Hands-on ServiceNow scripting experience, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Fix Scripts, Workflows, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Email Inbound • Experience implementing the ServiceNow Platform for integration and automation solutions • Mandatory experience with Field Service Management (FSM) • Required certifications: CIS-FSM, CIS-CSM, CIS-ITSM • High-performance mindset, including resilience, emotional intelligence, and focus on agile delivery • Deep understanding of the distinction between coding and engineering • Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants is desired • Advanced oral English • Advanced Spanish
