📋 Description

• Analyze decisions, judgments and appellate rulings and discuss the next steps; • Approve all case actions with supervising attorneys; • Check daily tasks; • Meet deadlines and prepare reports; • Timely comply with the firm's internal/administrative procedures; • Keep case status reports up to date; • Actively participate in internal groups/committees; • Prepare case documents in advance; • Provide support to the team; • Conduct more complex court conferences/communications with judges; • Conduct technical studies and related internal presentations; • Perform doctrinal, case law and statutory research of medium complexity, presenting more creative/elaborate results; • Respond to client requests; • Review the work of interns and junior attorneys; • Supervise the work of interns and junior attorneys; • Make oral arguments; • Verify deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (completed); • Postgraduate specialization in Tax Law or Civil Procedure preferred; • 3 to 7 years' post-qualification experience; • Advanced English preferred; • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
