📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional sales team to meet growth and access goals. • Translate regional strategy into clear local plans with measurable objectives and priorities. • Build and maintain strong external relationships with health systems, clinics, specialty pharmacies, and other key customers. • Collaborate with internal partners in medical, market access, marketing, and operations to align regional execution. • Use data and local insights to adapt tactics, drive performance, and report outcomes. • Ensure compliant, ethical execution of all activities and manage regional risk.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree & 9 years of pharmaceutical OR specialty sales experience, including 6 years of frontline management experience leading field-based teams • Experience creating and executing strategic business plans • Experience with recruiting, coaching, and developing sales talent • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region.
