⢠Own end-to-end delivery across the full project lifecycle ⢠Plan, structure, and execute projects using appropriate delivery methodologies ⢠Monitor project performance through defined KPIs and metrics ⢠Build and manage strong client relationships ⢠Ensure clear understanding of business needs by collaborating closely with stakeholders ⢠Build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams aligned with project goals
đŻ Requirements
⢠4+ years of project management experience in the software development industry ⢠Proven end-to-end ownership of at least one Fixed Price engagement, including scoping, estimation, execution, change control, and margin accountability ⢠Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and other delivery methodologies ⢠Hands-on experience gathering, documenting, refining, prioritising, and validating requirements directly with client stakeholders ⢠Practical understanding of business analysis techniques ⢠Strong project delivery and financial management skills ⢠Hands-on experience supporting pre-sales activities ⢠Proven ability to manage stakeholders at multiple levels ⢠Proficiency with common project and delivery management tools ⢠English at B2 level or above.
