• Serve as the liaison between GTI HQ and Cultivation/Processing Facility build-outs • Oversee full lifecycle cultivation construction from feasibility through commissioning • Coordinate high-performance HVACD systems • Manage installation of dehumidification systems and chilled water systems • Ensure building envelope performance supports environmental control goals
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field, preferred • 5+ years of project management experience, preferred • Controlled Environmental Agriculture (CEA) • Greenhouse or indoor grow facilities • High-capacity HVAC and mechanical systems • Industrial electrical distribution systems • Experience managing multi-site, multi-state expansion programs • Strong understanding of environmental controls and agricultural infrastructure preferred
