📋 Description

• Join the customer support team in Portugal. • Retention and management of client accounts. • Telephone and online support for customers. • Occasional group training sessions (online/in-person) on GT Motive products. • Deliver high-level one-to-one training (online/in-person). • Provide support at trade shows and events.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience and motivation are more important than any specific academic qualification. • Previous experience in (tele) support, ideally in the automotive market. • Experience with Salesforce is valued. • Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Teams. • Native Portuguese speaker. • English and Spanish at B1/B2 level.
