📋 Description

• Develop and publish research-driven insights on AI and broader technology markets • Author key positions addressing market trajectories and technology-market winners and losers • Lead market research and data analysis by assessing market hierarchies and evaluating technology vendors • Compile foundational insights for Market Share and Forecast Analysis publications • Serve as a point of contact for client interactions involving market share, segmentation, and sizing methodologies • Articulate competitive dynamics and apply insights to annual and strategic planning initiatives • Collect, document, and maintain vendor and market data • Ensure data accuracy and alignment between vendors and their products or services • Collaborate with global teams and advise Gartner clients and technology leaders

🎯 Requirements

• BE/B.Tech + MBA, or a post-graduate degree with a background in IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or Economics • 0 to 2 years of relevant experience • Foundational experience in research and data analysis • Strong interest in global IT markets and economic trends • Strong numerical and critical-thinking skills • Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI • Working knowledge of business databases such as Factiva, Capital IQ, and Crunchbase • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to translate complex data into clear, fact-based narratives • Strong ownership and attention to detail • Ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural global team • Intellectual curiosity and proactive mindset • Ability to explain market context and complex quantitative insights to senior executive audiences in written and verbal form
